The direct screen printing process with a maximum of 2 Spot colour involves placing the material under a mesh screen. By applying even pressure with a squeegee on the screen, your logo is imprinted onto the material surface. The screen printing process ensures your imprint looks its best on a wide variety of fabrics. This is the most common method of decoration. Black Non Woven bags may have decorating limitations for multi-colour logos. 



Perma Press (PS) 
Set up charge $55.00 (G) per logo. 
Repeat set up charge: $30.00 (G) 
Similar to Perfect Print, Perma Press allows a four colour process or spot colour logo to be printed onto heat transfer material and pressed onto a variety of different products. We are now able to print four colour process images on non woven laminated products. Artwork needs to be provided as a high resolution file (300 dpi or over) in either bitmap or vector format. A full background is not required. PMS colour match may not be exact. No extra charge for die cut logos. 

2,000 pieces or less: 
Delivery lead time: two weeks after artwork approval (2,000 pieces or less with no preproduction sample approval). 
If a preproduction sample is requested or required due to complex logo, please add one week to delivery lead time. 
2,000+ pieces: 
Delivery lead time: three weeks after artwork approval (includes digital preproduction sample approval). 
For a physical preproduction sample for approval, please add one week to delivery lead time. 
Maximum size of 64 square inches. 
Perma Press not available on black laminated bags.
